reflections on a cheeseburger
as i watch the meat slanging joint evolve on its fiscal journey, i have noticed two things:
the word gets around - probly because the burgers are near-perfection. at 7pm, the wait for a four-top was 1/3 hour (which is why i prefer to do a ray’s mistake at 5 and a burger at 6)
